Drain Doctor is free to employ third party service providers to give support by providing a variety of products or services that will be used in the long run when Drain Doctor offers its services to you. In addition to that, you agree that the above-mentioned third-party services providers operate under their own distinct terms and conditions which are different from our set of terms. Based on the foregoing you have an obligation to read the third party service providers terms and conditions and be in full compliance with the same.

 

6. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF MARKETING SERVICES

By accessing our site and services, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18 years. Further to that Drain doctor will not offer its services to ‘bots’ or any other device that is automated. Drain Doctor services can only be accessed through electronic devices for instance computers that are controlled by humans.

We have the power to suspend all or partial services if we suspect that a user, client, and/or customer has engaged in acts or omissions that violate these terms and conditions or any law that governs the said services. 8. NO GUARANTEE

 

As a result of the uncertainty that revolves around the provision of internet services and usage, we are aware of events that may be beyond our control. Based on the foregoing we are not at liberty to guarantee specific results from the services we offer. In addition to that the user acknowledges that in this industry, certain or specific results cannot be predicted therefore we cannot guarantee any results as a measure in long-term performance.

 

9. INDEMNITY

 

You have accepted to indemnify, defend and hold Draindoctor harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from the use of our services.

You are not permitted to transfer or assign any of the licenses and rights we have granted you under these terms and conditions without our direct written consent. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof will be null and void.

 

10.2 Entire Agreement/Severability

 

These Terms, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with us in connection with Drain Doctor, will constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning Drain Doctor.
